CineWatch is an independent, enthusiast-built monitor for repertory and first-run cinema in New York City. It watches showtimes across the theaters and chains you care about, and — when a show sells out — it keeps watching the seat map underneath it, so you're first to know when tickets come back.
Subscribe to a film and CineWatch pings you on Discord the moment a new showtime drops, or the moment a sold-out show restocks.
For shows that are already sold out, you can get more specific: watch particular seats you actually want, or ask for "any N seats together" and get notified as soon as that many adjacent seats free up in the same row.
Every alert goes out to a Discord webhook you provide in Settings — that's the only place CineWatch sends anything.
CineWatch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any theater, chain, or ticketing platform it tracks. It's a side project built by someone who kept refreshing box-office pages at midnight and got tired of it. Showtime and seat data can lag or drift from what a venue's own site shows — always double-check before you make plans.
